Hotel No Party Policy

We STRICTLY enforce our NO PARTY policy. Under no circumstances are parties allowed in the guest rooms.

 

GENERAL GUEST ROOM GUIDELINES:

 

The number of guests in the rooms is limited to the sleeping occupancy of the room. For example: a King bed room is (2) people, a Double bed room (4) people.

 

Excessive or loud noise or music is not allowed and is determined at hotel’s discretion.

 

Alcohol not purchased from the hotel is not permitted.

 

This is a zero tolerance policy, and any violation will result in immediate eviction from hotel. 

 

In addition, registered guests are responsible for any damages made to the rooms and will result in excessive fees to Card Holders.

 

LA Bachata Festival guests may stay and use the Ballroom for dancing until 5:00am each night.  Note: 

There will be no bottles of alcohol allowed in our ballroom space.  Failure to comply with this guideline will also result in automatic eviction from hotel.   

 

Reminder: Loews Hotel  is a NON-SMOKING facility.

Please be advised that you will be charged a cleaning fee should you smoke in your guest room.

(Smoking is allowed outside of the Hotel’s main entrance)
